Layered Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs (see Note)
- ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 (9-oz) pkg sliced turkey breast, chopped
- 2 small beefsteak tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced English cucumber
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Place eggs in a single layer in a stainless steel saucepan. Add water to cover; bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
- Drain; run cold water over eggs. Peel and quarter eggs.
- Arrange lettuce on a platter. Top with eggs, turkey, and remaining ingredients.
