Layered Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs (see Note)
  • ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg sliced turkey breast, chopped
  • 2 small beefsteak tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup thinly sliced English cucumber
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a single layer in a stainless steel saucepan. Add water to cover; bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
  2. Drain; run cold water over eggs. Peel and quarter eggs.
  3. Arrange lettuce on a platter. Top with eggs, turkey, and remaining ingredients.
