Garlic-Cilantro Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen fully-cooked fajita chicken breast strips, thawed and chopped
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup shredded pepper-Jack cheese
  • ½ (3.5-oz) pkg tricolor tortilla strips
  • ½ (12-oz) bottle Southwestern Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Toss together lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla strips in a large bowl; drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Toss.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ (16-oz) loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine butter, cilantro, and garlic in a small bowl . Spread over cut sides of bread. Broil bread just until toasted.
