Tex-Mex Caesar Salad
Garlic-Cilantro BreadIngredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ (22-oz) pkg frozen fully-cooked fajita chicken breast strips, thawed and chopped
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup shredded pepper-Jack cheese
- ½ (3.5-oz) pkg tricolor tortilla strips
- ½ (12-oz) bottle Southwestern Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Toss together lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla strips in a large bowl; drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Toss.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ (16-oz) loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine butter, cilantro, and garlic in a small bowl . Spread over cut sides of bread. Broil bread just until toasted.
