Beef and Gravy Fries
Pear and Pomegranate SeedsIngredients
- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen French fries
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (0.87-oz) envelope brown gravy mix
- 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir together gravy mix, broth, and Worcestershire sauce; add to meat, and cook, stirring until thickened. Increase oven temperature to broil.
- Top fries with beef mixture and cheese; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions, if desired. Serve with a wide spatula.
