Dark Chocolate-Pomegranate Bites with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 1½ (4-oz) dark chocolate baking bars, chopped
  • 2 (4.3-oz) pkg pomegranate seeds (arils) (about 2½ cups)
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with standard baking cups.
  2. Microwave chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 20-second intervals until smooth, stirring after each interval.
  3. Spoon a layer of pomegranate seeds into each baking cup. Drizzle with chocolate. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
  4. Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour or until chocolate is set. Store candy cups, covered, in refrigerator.
