Ranch Pork Tenderloin

Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 (18.4-oz) pork tenderloins
  • 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Place pork in a lightly greased 4-or 5-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle Ranch dressing all over pork.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours or until pork is tender and a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Thinly slice to serve.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in microwave according to package directions.
  2. Cook green beans according to package directions. Cool and cut into bite-size pieces.
  3. Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add beans; cook 1 minute. Season with salt to taste.
