Ranch Pork Tenderloin
Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean Bites
Ingredients
- 2 (18.4-oz) pork tenderloins
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
Instructions
- Place pork in a lightly greased 4-or 5-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle Ranch dressing all over pork.
- Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours or until pork is tender and a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Thinly slice to serve.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook potatoes in microwave according to package directions.
- Cook green beans according to package directions. Cool and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Cook garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add beans; cook 1 minute. Season with salt to taste.
