Garlic-Pesto Shrimp Pasta
Garlic BreadIngredients
- 12 oz bow-tie pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup pesto
- 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring often.
- Add shrimp, and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add broth and pesto; simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add pasta, and toss. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.

- 6 (1-oz) slices frozen garlic bread

- Bake bread according to package directions.
