Sweet and Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients

  • ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ to ½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, and desired amount of Sriracha. Drizzle over shrimp; sprinkle with onion.

  • 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag jasmine rice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in oil, salt, and onion.
