Sweet and Spicy Shrimp
Jasmine RiceIngredients
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ to ½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, and desired amount of Sriracha. Drizzle over shrimp; sprinkle with onion.

- 1 (3.5-oz) pouch boil-in-bag jasmine rice
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Dash of salt
- 1 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in oil, salt, and onion.
