Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg angel hair pasta
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (24-oz) jar arrabbiata sauce
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Cook onion, garlic, and red pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Add arrabbiata sauce and wine; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer.
  3. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; add to skillet, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over pasta, and sprinkle with cheese.

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Sauté green beans and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat until beans are crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
