Stuffing-Crusted Lemon-Garlic Tilapia
Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs and Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 (6-oz) tilapia fillets (thawed, if frozen)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- ½ cup savory herb stuffing mix
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Season fish lightly with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish, and cook, without turning, 5 minutes. Remove fish from skillet, and place cooked side down, in a lightly greased 9-inch baking dish.
- Stir together lemon juice, oil, garlic, and lemon zest; pour over fish. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.

- 1 (4.8-oz) box herb angel hair pasta mix
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding milk and butter.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together asparagus and oil on a rimmed baking sheet; bake 10 minutes or until crisp tender.
