Hot Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 1¼ lb ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (14.5-oz) can no-salt-added fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
Instructions
- Cook turkey in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 7 minutes or until browned and done.
- Add diced tomatoes, seasoning, and salt; cook 2 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve turkey mixture over lettuce on each plate. Top with grape tomatoes and cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
