Garlic Sauce Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 (4-oz) center cut pork chops
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp almond flour
- 1½ Tbsp butter, divided
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge chops in almond flour.
- Heat 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chops 3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove chops from skillet, and keep warm.
- Wipe skillet clean. Add ½ Tbsp butter and garlic to skillet over medium heat; cook 1 minute until garlic is tender. Add cream; cook 1 minute.
- Spoon sauce on pork chops.

- 6 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans, trimmed
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Combine beans and water in a large skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes or until beans are tender. Uncover; cook 3 minutes or until water is evaporated.
- Add oil, salt, and pepper; toss. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
