Spicy Honey Mustard-Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet.
- Stir together garlic salt and peppers; rub all over chicken. Cook chicken in hot oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
- Stir together honey, vinegar, and mustard; brush over chicken. Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen deli-style roasted potatoes
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potatoes according to package directions; sprinkle with cheese, return to oven, and bake until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.
- Steam green beans according to package directions.
