Ham, Cheddar and Apple Waffle Sammies
Chilled Red GrapesIngredients
- 8 (0.75-oz) frozen whole-grain waffles
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 4 (0.67-oz) slices reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- ¼ lb thin deli-sliced low-sodium ham
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
Instructions
- Prepare waffles according to package directions.
- Spread mustard over one side of each waffle. Layer 4 waffles with cheese, ham and apple slices.
- Top with remaining waffles, mustard sides down.
