Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup minced white onion
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp Jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine turkey, onion, garlic, Jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 6 (½-inch-thick) patties.
- Cook patties, in 2 batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink.

- 1 lb cauliflower florets (about 5½ cups)
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or use coconut oil)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Pulse cauliflower in a food processor, in batches, until it resembles rice. Transfer to a baking sheet; toss with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in mango and cilantro before serving.
