Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup minced white onion
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Jerk seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine turkey, onion, garlic, Jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 6 (½-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Cook patties, in 2 batches, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 minutes per side or until centers are no longer pink.

  • 1 lb cauliflower florets (about 5½ cups)
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or use coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Pulse cauliflower in a food processor, in batches, until it resembles rice. Transfer to a baking sheet; toss with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in mango and cilantro before serving.
