Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 hamburger buns, split
- ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Stir together beef, cheese, egg, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire, and mustard. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
- Cook patties in a large skillet 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
- Serve patties on buns with dressing, lettuce, and tomato.
