Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 hamburger buns, split
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir together beef, cheese, egg, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire, and mustard. Shape mixture into 2 patties.
  2. Cook patties in a large skillet 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
  3. Serve patties on buns with dressing, lettuce, and tomato.
