Bacon Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg ziti pasta
  • 5 slices bacon, chopped
  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, drained
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Wipe skillet clean.
  3. Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, relish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pasta, half of bacon, and 1½ cups cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese and remaining bacon.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • ½ head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • ¼ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut lettuce into 2 wedges. Top wedges with tomato; drizzle with dressing.
