Bacon Cheeseburger Mac and Cheese
Wedge Salad with TomatoIngredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg ziti pasta
- 5 slices bacon, chopped
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, drained
- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded colby-Jack cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Wipe skillet clean.
- Cook beef and onion in same skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, relish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, pasta, half of bacon, and 1½ cups cheese. Spoon into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese and remaining bacon.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- 1 tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup Ranch dressing

- Cut lettuce into 2 wedges. Top wedges with tomato; drizzle with dressing.
