Pistachio-Cranberry White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 1½ (12-oz) pkg white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup salted pistachios
  • ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup dried apricots, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Pour onto parchment paper, and spread into a ¼-inch-thick rectangle.
  2. Immediately sprinkle with nuts, cranberries, and apricots. Chill 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
  3. Break into small pieces. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
