Pistachio-Cranberry White Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
- 1½ (12-oz) pkg white chocolate chips
- ½ cup salted pistachios
- ¼ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- ¼ cup dried apricots, chopped
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Pour onto parchment paper, and spread into a ¼-inch-thick rectangle.
- Immediately sprinkle with nuts, cranberries, and apricots. Chill 10 to 15 minutes or until chocolate is hardened.
- Break into small pieces. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
