Cranberry Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup cornflakes cereal
- 1 (16.5-oz) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (or use chopped almonds or pecans)
- ⅔ cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake cereal 10 minutes or until crisp on a small baking sheet.
- Break up cookie dough into a bowl. Stir in nuts, cranberries, white chips, and vanilla until blended. Gently stir in cereal.
- Increase oven temperature to 350°F. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden. Makes 3 dozen.
