Hot Chicken Salad Bake
Lemony Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp minced onion (optional)
- ½ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2¼ tsp lemon juice
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine chicken, celery, nuts, onion, mayonnaise, pepper, and lemon juice. Place mixture in a greased 8-in baking dish. Top with cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.

- ¾ lb green beans, trimmed and halved
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place green beans in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Whisk together lemon juice, oil, salt, and garlic powder. Pour over green beans, and toss.
- Bake 10 minutes or until beans are tender and browned.
