Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Add milk, broth, and tomato sauce; stir in uncooked pasta, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. Stir in cheese until melted.
