Skillet Beef and Pasta

Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add milk, broth, and tomato sauce; stir in uncooked pasta, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
