Beefy Pasta Skillet Dinner
Garlic BreadIngredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 (15-oz) can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 zucchini, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 1½ cups rotini pasta
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly. Drain and return to skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes, broth, zucchini, uncooked pasta, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is just tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese .
