Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1½ Tbsp whole-grain mustard

Instructions

  1. Lightly season pork with salt and pepper. Brown pork in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Add wine, and cook 3 minutes or until reduced by half.
  2. Add cream and mustard to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

  • 1 (4.6-oz) box long-grain and wild rice
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with oil, cheese, and garlic salt.
