Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5-oz) can low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup hot wing sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 (22.25-oz) pkg Caesar salad
- 1 (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
Instructions
- Place chicken, half of celery, onion, and garlic in a 5- to 7-qt slow cooker.
- Add broth; cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
- Remove chicken from slow cooker, and shred with 2 forks.
- Toss chicken with wing sauce and honey.
- Prepare salad according to package directions adding remaining celery and carrots.
- Divide salads among serving plates and top with chicken.

- 1 (6-count) pkg frozen garlic breadsticks

- Bake breadsticks according to package directions, and serve with salad.
