Spicy Orange Peel Shrimp
Garlic Roasted Broccoli and Steamed RiceIngredients
- 1 (18-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
- ⅓ cup no-pulp orange juice
- 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ½ Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ Tbsp ginger paste
Instructions
- Fry or bake shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, honey, orange zest, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Bring sauce to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Stir in ginger paste and shrimp; toss. Serve over rice.

- 1 crown broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup long-grain white rice

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together broccoli, garlic, and oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions.
