Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (6-oz) cauliflower pizza crust
- ½ cup chopped fresh spinach
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir in cream, Parmesan, and red pepper; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until thick. Remove from heat; stir in chicken.
- Spoon chicken mixture in a thin layer over crusts. Top with spinach, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle with seasoning.
