Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) grouper fillets
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup packed fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper on a baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, process basil, oil, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve over fish.

- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice

- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together first 5 ingredients.
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, and salt; toss with salad. Top with cheese.
