Buffalo Turkey Burgers
Sour Cream Cucumbers
Ingredients
- 1¼ lb ground turkey (or use ground beef)
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Gently mix together turkey, garlic salt, garlic, onions, and celery using your hands. Shape into 4 patties.
- Cook burgers in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes per side. Remove burgers from skillet.
- Melt butter in skillet over low heat. Add wing sauce to skillet. Return burgers to skillet, and turn to coat.
- Combine Ranch dressing and cheese crumbles.
- Serve burgers on lettuce leaves. Drizzle with blue cheese sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced cucumber
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine cucumbers, sour cream, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
