Ingredients
- 1½ tsp garlic salt, divided
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup pesto
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix 1 tsp garlic salt and Parmesan cheese into beef. Shape into 6 patties. Place on a greased broiler pan.
- Bake 10 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink in center, turning once.
- Combine tomato, oil, Italian seasoning, and ½ tsp garlic salt in a bowl.
- Increase oven temperature to broil.
- Spread pesto on each burger; top with mozzarella. Broil 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
- Top each patty with tomato mixture; serve on lettuce leaves.

- ¼ cup chopped walnuts (or use pecans)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet until fragrant.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beans, and cook 6 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat; stir in salt, pepper, and nuts.
