Ingredients

  • ½ Tbsp taco seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
  • 2 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • 6 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle over both sides of patties.
  2. Grill burgers, covered, 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
  3. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and lime juice.
  4. Arrange lettuce in 2 stacks; top with burgers, mayonnaise, avocado, and salsa. Wrap lettuce around burgers; serve immediately.

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg cauliflower florets
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ Tbsp lime juice
  • 1½ Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp shredded Mexican-blend cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together cauliflower, oil, garlic, cumin, and salt in a 11- x 7-inch baking dish; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Bake 15 minutes; remove from oven.
  3. Sprinkle with lime juice and cilantro; stir. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
