Ingredients
- ½ Tbsp taco seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 (5.4-oz) ground beef patties
- 2 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- ½ tsp lime juice
- 6 iceberg lettuce leaves
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh salsa
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Combine seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle over both sides of patties.
- Grill burgers, covered, 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and lime juice.
- Arrange lettuce in 2 stacks; top with burgers, mayonnaise, avocado, and salsa. Wrap lettuce around burgers; serve immediately.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg cauliflower florets
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ Tbsp lime juice
- 1½ Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together cauliflower, oil, garlic, cumin, and salt in a 11- x 7-inch baking dish; let stand 10 minutes.
- Bake 15 minutes; remove from oven.
- Sprinkle with lime juice and cilantro; stir. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
