Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Instructions

  1. Stir together beef, Worcestershire, rosemary, garlic salt, and pepper; shape into 6 patties.
  2. Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top with cheese; let stand until melted.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat; add mushrooms and garlic. Season lightly with salt and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
  4. Add flour; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Add broth; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve burgers on buns with mushroom mixture.

  • 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen French fries
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions.
