Everything Bagel Chili Cheese Dogs
Broccoli SaladIngredients
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 (8-count) pkg bun-length hot dogs
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 2 (15-oz) cans chili (see Note)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent roll dough, and divide into triangles. Sprinkle about 1 Tbsp cheese on each triangle; top each with a hot dog, and roll up each crescent starting with 1 long side.
- Place crescent rolled hot dogs in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with seasoning. Bake 15 minutes or until crescents are golden brown.
- Spoon chili around crescents, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and chili is thoroughly heated.
- Sprinkle with additional bagel seasoning, if desired.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries (optional)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp white or cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup real bacon bits
Side Dish Instructions
- Chop broccoli florets into small pieces.
- Combine broccoli, cheese, sunflower seeds, and, if desired, cranberries.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar; toss with broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Chill if time allows.
