Favorite Tex-Mex Pizza
Lime and Honey Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (1-oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup water
- 1 (4-oz) can chopped green chiles
- 1 (15-oz) can refried black beans
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Press crescent rolls into bottom of a 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan, pressing perforations to seal. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in taco seasoning mix, water, and chiles. Cook over medium heat until mixture is very thick.
- Heat beans according to package directions; spread over crescent rolls. Top with beef mixture and cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 (2-lb) deli fruit salad
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice and honey in a large bowl. Add fruit salad; toss.
