Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1½ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 large dill pickle spears, chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and crumble.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large pot over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain. Stir in ½ cup Cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles, and tomato.
  3. Spoon into a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup Cheddar; top with American cheese.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with shredded lettuce.

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve broccoli with dressing on each plate.
