Chicken Caesar Kale Salad
Ingredients
- 10 cups chopped kale
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 20 Parmesan cheese crisps, crumbled
Instructions
- Toss kale with dressing in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and Parmesan cheese to kale; toss.
- Divide salad among 4 plates. Top with chicken and cheese crisp crumbles.
