Ingredients

  • 10 cups chopped kale
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 20 Parmesan cheese crisps, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Toss kale with dressing in a large bowl; let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and Parmesan cheese to kale; toss.
  3. Divide salad among 4 plates. Top with chicken and cheese crisp crumbles.
