French Fried Onion Chicken
Cauliflower Rice with Cheese
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (6-oz) can French fried onions, crushed
- 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F; spray a 13-x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine melted butter, Worcestershire, Dijon, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Place crushed onions in a separate dish.
- Dip chicken in butter mixture; dredge in onions to coat. Place in prepared dish. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken; sprinkle with remaining onions.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with ketchup.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen cauliflower rice
- 2 Tbsp butter, cut up
- 1½ cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower rice in microwave according to package directions; cool slightly, and stir in butter and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
