Barbecue-Glazed Salmon
Sauteed Corn and Green BeansIngredients
- 1 (¾-lb) salmon fillet
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp torn fresh basil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place fish on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Top with basil.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg green beans, cut into 1½-inch pieces
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt

- Cook beans and corn in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Toss with green onions, salt, and pepper.
