Chicken Club Patty Melts

Sweet Potato Chips and Grapes

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • ½ (22-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breasts strips
  • 6 slices fully cooked bacon
  • 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup dill pickle slices
  • 3 Tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
  2. Layer chicken, bacon, tomato, and pickles over half of bread. Cover with remaining bread, cheese side down.
  3. Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ (9-oz) pkg sweet potato chips 
  • ½ lb seedless red grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve chips and grapes with sandwiches.
