Chicken Club Patty Melts
Sweet Potato Chips and Grapes
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 4 slices American cheese
- ½ (22-oz) pkg grilled and ready chicken breasts strips
- 6 slices fully cooked bacon
- 1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup dill pickle slices
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise over one side of each slice of bread. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
- Layer chicken, bacon, tomato, and pickles over half of bread. Cover with remaining bread, cheese side down.
- Spread softened butter over outsides of sandwiches. Cook sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.

- ½ (9-oz) pkg sweet potato chips
- ½ lb seedless red grapes

- Serve chips and grapes with sandwiches.
