Caprese Pesto Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) French baguette, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil, divided
- 1 (5.6-oz) jar creamy ricotta and arugula pesto
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (8-oz) pkg baby mozzarella balls
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Arrange bread on a large rimmed baking sheet; brush with oil. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until toasted.
- Combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread toasts with pesto. Top with tomato mixture, and drizzle with glaze.
