Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) French baguette, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil, divided
  • 1 (5.6-oz) jar creamy ricotta and arugula pesto
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg baby mozzarella balls
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Arrange bread on a large rimmed baking sheet; brush with oil. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Combine tomatoes, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread toasts with pesto. Top with tomato mixture, and drizzle with glaze.
