Sweet Glazed Turkey Sliders
Green Onion-Feta Slaw

Ingredients
- ¾ lb lean ground turkey (or use ground chicken)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp fish sauce (or use lime juice)
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
- 4 whole wheat slider buns
Instructions
- Combine turkey, garlic, ginger, and basil; shape mixture into 4 small patties.
- Whisk together honey, fish sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and, if desired, Sriracha hot sauce; reserve half of honey mixture for later use.
- Cook patties in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes per side, brushing with remaining half of honey mixture.
- Place 1 patty in each slider bun; brush with reserved half of honey mixture, and top with desired amount of Green Onion-Feta Slaw recipe.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ⅓ (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine coleslaw, onion, and feta in a bowl; whisk together lemon juice, mustard, and oil.
- Pour dressing over slaw; chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
