Sticky Orange Chicken
Cilantro Rice and Vegetable Stir-FryIngredients
- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen breaded chicken nuggets
- ⅓ cup no-pulp orange juice
- 1½ Tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ Tbsp sweet red chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ Tbsp ginger paste
Instructions
- Fry or bake chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, honey, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Bring sauce to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Stir in ginger paste and chicken nuggets; toss. Serve over Cilantro Rice.

- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable long-grain rice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (12-oz) pkg vegetable stir-fry mix
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions; stir in cilantro and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Steam stir-fry mix according to package directions; toss with soy sauce.
