Cheesy Bacon-and-Broccoli Ravioli Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen five-cheese ravioli
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 6 slices center cut bacon
- 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onions (about 1 cup)
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (10-oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook ravioli and broccoli according to package directions. Cut large broccoli florets into smaller pieces.
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Add onions and garlic to skillet; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until tender. Stir in broccoli and red pepper; cook 1 minute.
- Stir in ravioli and Alfredo sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bacon.
