Honey-Garlic Chicken
Jasmine Rice and Roasted Garlic Broccoli
Ingredients
- ½ (25.5-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken
- ½ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Bake or fry chicken according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and Sriracha in a saucepan.
- Stir together cold water and cornstarch; add to saucepan, and cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until sauce is thickened.
- Place chicken in a large bowl; add honey mixture, and toss.

- 1 (8.5-oz) pouch microwavable jasmine rice
- ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp soy sauce
- ½ Tbsp minced garlic
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat rice according to package directions.
- Toss together broccoli and remaining ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
