Honey-Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • ½ (25.5-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn chicken 
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry chicken according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and Sriracha in a saucepan.
  3. Stir together cold water and cornstarch; add to saucepan, and cook, stirring, over medium-high heat until sauce is thickened.
  4. Place chicken in a large bowl; add honey mixture, and toss.

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pouch microwavable jasmine rice
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp minced garlic

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat rice according to package directions.
  2. Toss together broccoli and remaining ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
