Easy BLT Bowls

Ingredients

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta
  • ½ (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
  • 3 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • ½ seedless cucumber, sliced
  • ½ (4-oz) carton crumbled feta cheese (or use shredded mozzarella)
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette (or use Ranch dressing)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Reheat bacon according to package directions; chop.
  2. Meanwhile, toss together lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and cheese. Gently stir in pasta and vinaigrette; toss.
