Easy BLT Bowls

Ingredients
- ½ (12-oz) pkg bow-tie pasta
- ½ (2.5-oz) pkg fully cooked bacon
- 3 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, chopped
- ½ seedless cucumber, sliced
- ½ (4-oz) carton crumbled feta cheese (or use shredded mozzarella)
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette (or use Ranch dressing)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Drain again. Reheat bacon according to package directions; chop.
- Meanwhile, toss together lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and cheese. Gently stir in pasta and vinaigrette; toss.
