Ingredients
- 2 (10.6-oz) pkg refrigerated barbecue jackfruit
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 6 vegan hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions
- Heat jackfruit according to package directions.
- Stir together coleslaw, mango, pineapple, mayonnaise, lime juice, black pepper, and, if desired, cayenne pepper. Serve jackfruit on buns with slaw.

- 1 (20-oz) bag frozen sweet potato fries
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
