Ingredients

  • 1 (19-oz) pkg dark chocolate brownie mix
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (16.5-oz) log refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together brownie mix and flour in a bowl. Add oil and eggs, stirring to combine. Roll brownie dough into 1-inch balls.
  2. Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls.
  3. For each cookie, press together 1 brownie dough ball and 1 cookie dough ball; roll into a ball. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets, and flatten slightly with hands.
  4. Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on pans 2 minutes; remove from pans, and cool completely on wire racks.
  5. Store cookies in airtight containers up to 1 week.
