Ingredients

  • 4 (6-oz) cans wild-caught tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gently combine tuna and next 5 ingredients; shape into 12 (1-inch-thick) patties.
  2. Cook patties, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done.
  3. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
