Tuna and White Bean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg penne pasta
- ½ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 to 2 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 (12-oz) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, and lemon juice. Add tuna, beans, and celery to pasta.
- Pour dressing over pasta, and toss; season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
