Tuna and White Bean Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg penne pasta
  • ½ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 (12-oz) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, and lemon juice. Add tuna, beans, and celery to pasta.
  3. Pour dressing over pasta, and toss; season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
