English Muffin Tuna Melts
Carrot and Celery Sticks and Cherry GelatinIngredients
- 4 (5-oz) cans albacore tuna, drained and flaked
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (6-count) pkg English muffins, split and toasted
- 2 cups shredded or 12 slices colby-Jack cheese (or use Cheddar-Jack)
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Top English muffins with tuna salad and cheese on a baking sheet. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or just until cheese melts.

- 4 carrots, cut into sticks
- 4 stalks celery, cut into sticks
- 6 ready to eat snack packs sugar-free cherry gelatin (or strawberry)

- Serve carrot and celery sticks and jello on each plate.
