Swiss Burgers

Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • ½ lb extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 2 ultra-thin Swiss cheese slices
  • 2 onion sandwich buns, toasted
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 thin red onion slices
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves, torn

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix together ground beef, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl; Shape into 2 patties.
  2. Grill patties 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center, topping with cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  3. Spread mustard evenly over bottom of buns. Serve burgers in buns with tomato, onion, and lettuce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen sweet potato fries (about 24 fries)

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions. Serve alongside burgers.
