Swiss Burgers
Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- ½ lb extra-lean ground beef
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 2 ultra-thin Swiss cheese slices
- 2 onion sandwich buns, toasted
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 thin red onion slices
- 2 romaine lettuce leaves, torn
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Mix together ground beef, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl; Shape into 2 patties.
- Grill patties 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center, topping with cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Spread mustard evenly over bottom of buns. Serve burgers in buns with tomato, onion, and lettuce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 6 oz frozen sweet potato fries (about 24 fries)
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake fries according to package directions. Serve alongside burgers.
