Ingredients
- 1½ lb 90% lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz whole-grain elbow macaroni
- 1½ cups fire-roasted marinara sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown beef, onion, and garlic in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat; drain.
- Add pasta, marinara sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, pepper, salt, and water to skillet; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender; sprinkle with cheese.
